“Kelebeğin Rüyası” will start showing on February 22…

“Kelebeğin Rüyası” which was written and directed by Yılmaz Erdoğan, shot in Zonguldak and Istanbul, and in which the head roles are shared by Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ, Belçim Bilgin, Mert Fırat, Zeynep Farah Abdullah, and Yılmaz Erdoğan will start showing in film theaters in Turkey, Europe, and Middle East on February 22.

The film is about two poets Rüştü Onur and Muzaffer Tayyip Uslu who died young due to tuberculosis. The film while picturing Turkey in 1941, the Second World War period, and the obligation days also shows the struggle the two young poets give for life and love.

THE THEME OF THE FILM: Rüştü Onur (Mert Fırat) and Muzaffer Tayyip Uslu (Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ) are two obscure poets with simple lives in Zonguldak. The poems of these two friends are quite impressive in spite of their young ages. They also share the same unfortunate destiny: They die in the spring of their lives due to tuberculosis.
