Ayşecan Tatari

Ayşecan Tatari (b. 14 March 1989) Actress

Ayşecan Tatari was born in Istanbul. She started out her career at the early age of nine with a TV series, “Evdeki Yabancı” which lasted for two seasons, later on she continued to work on tv having acted in “Çocuklar Duymasın” for four years. When she graduated from high school we moved to New York City to study at Stella Adler Studio of Acting.

Graduating after three years, she returned to Turkey in 2011 and immediately joined DOT theatre company and performed in “Yellow Moon”, a play by David Graig. The following year she started working at İstanbul Muncipality Theatre, her roles so far include “Laura” in “A Glass Menagerie” and “Roxanne” in “Cyrano De Bergerac”.

Ayşecan Tatari, who has been working in the City Theaters, where she has been taking part for 5 seasons, recently performed in the theater play "Red Light Winter", which was staged by NoAct and directed by Edip Tepeli.
